A woman has told of how she managed to spend a week in the sun without using any annual leave for work
. Amy Irvine, 27, was lapping up the sunshine in Marbella but didn't have to book any holidays from her job.
The two women utilised a policy in Amy company's that allows employees to work from anywhere in the world in a remote fashion. They even used their lunch breaks for a swim in the hotel pool and were able to work while casting their eyes on the beach just a short walk away. This is the first time, however, she's gone abroad without booking the annual leave. She said: "After covid we realised that everyone could work from anywhere and it became a policy.
