Fallon said BayWa r.e. had obtained the required demolition permit and the structures were analyzed in an environmental impact report. The buildings knocked down “were structurally unsound,” could have fallen over and had lead and asbestos issues. Should permitting and construction proceed, Fallon said the JVR Energy Park should be up and running by mid-2023.
