Grayson Waller, who is believed one of the up and coming villains in professional wrestling, has sparked outrage online after saying all Scottish women 'look and sound like Shrek'.

A WWE wrestler has sparked outrage online after he posted a picture of himself on social media and stated all Scottish women look like Shrek.

The Austrailian grappler captioned the post on October 31: "Scotland is great. It’s dark before 5pm, freezing cold and all the women look and talk like Shrek". Waller is regarded as one of the biggest up and coming 'heels', the term the wrestling community use for villains, in the business.

One wrote: "No one’s forcing you to be here, mate. Go somewhere you’ll be happy. Life is to too short."
