CMA publishes a timetable for its investigation into Microsoft's Activision Blizzard deal
The CMA's second investigation is currently looking into the impact Microsoft's potential ownership of the Call of Duty franchise will have on platform rival PlayStation, whose CEO Jim Ryan reportedlylast month to discuss the deal with EU regulators. The UK's CMA has now revealed its timetable for this second round of investigations, and has appointed an independent panel to look into the deal in more depth over the coming months via questionnaires and meetings with relevant parties.
