Yavapai-Apache police Officer Sgt. Preston Brogdon, who was shot while on duty, has been moved from the ICU to an intensive rehabilitation facility, the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office said in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

Brogdon was hospitalized in critical condition following a Feb. 9 shooting that took place after he and other officers responded to a call asking for assistance near Camp Verde.
