Yellow weather warning for snow and ice on White Christmas amid travel chaos
BRITS could wake up to a white Christmas tomorrow morning as forecasters issue snow and ice warnings.has put large parts of Scotland under yellow weather warnings on Christmas Day and predicted up to 10cm of snow.
Temperatures could fall as low as 1C on Sunday night and meteorologists warned: "Frequent blustery snow showers are likely to cause some travel disruption to higher routes."Deputy chief meteorologist David Oliver said: “An unsettled Christmas weekend is on the way for many, with those in the north and west seeing the most frequent and the heaviest showers.
