The show's fifth midseason finale 'A Knife and No Coin', which aired last night in the US and served as a backdoor pilot for spin-off, showed life in the Texas ranch where ranch hand Jimmy Hurdstrom relocated to up his skills and become a real cowboy. After being absent all season, Jimmy surprisingly returned to provide the series with some comic relief and give an update about his relationship with his fiancée, veterinary tech Emily .Paramount
