Cops made the grim discovery at a flat in Kirkcaldy in the early hours of this morning
Emergency services were called to a block of flats in Tiree Place, Kirkcaldy, at around 12.40am today and found the 24-year-old's body.
Police have launched a probe following the sudden death of the woman. There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 12.40am on Wednesday, March 15, to a report of a sudden death within a property on Tiree Place, Kirkcaldy. “The body of a 24-year-old woman was found within. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances but the death is not believed to be suspicious.”
