YouTuber Beard Meats Food tackled Gordon Ramsay's bottomless pizza deal
Foodie Adam Moran, known worldwide as Beard Meats Food on the competitive eating circuit, visited the city to take on Gordon Ramsay 's bottomless pizza deal. In the Liverpool ONE restaurant Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza, found on level two of the celebrity chef's Bread Street Kitchen restaurant, 14 inch pizzas can be served bottomless for £20.
Before heading to the restaurant, he believed the record number of slices eaten in one sitting was 18 slices. However, once inside, he found out that the current record was actually 38 slices and held by a man called Rafail. There aren't any rules as such, but there are five different pizzas to choose from, customers get two hours and they must finish a pizza before ordering another pizza. In the first half an hour, Adam had already went through 16 slices and had moved from from margarita to pepperoni and chicken - so he wouldn't get "flavour fatigue".
