25-year-old Cedric Martinez was found dead on Oct. 4, 2022 after being struck by a car, Phoenix police said.
Phoenix police were investigating a fatal hit and run on Tuesday near 19th Avenue and Pierson Street.
According to Phoenix police, they received a call around 11 p.m. about an accident. When officers arrived at the scene, they found 25-year-old Cedric Martinez with fatal injuries after being struck by a car. The suspect and vehicle involved were outstanding as of Wednesday afternoon. Phoenix police said an investigation was ongoing.
