The Criminal Assets Bureau , with the assistance of the Garda Emergency Response Unit , the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau , the Garda Stolen Motor Vehicle Investigation Unit , the Garda Technical Bureau and the Garda Dog Unit, has seized a number of valuable items following a series of searches in Limerick.
Eight searches were conducted in total in Limerick, Tipperary and Dublin, with four professional premises - solicitors, an accountant and a finance company - investigated.READ MOREDocumentation in relation to the ownership of assets, financial documentation, mobile phones and electronic storage devices were seized and are currently being examined by bureau officers.
