The creator of the adult card game Cards Against Humanity is suing Elon Musk's SpaceX, accusing the billionaire's company of trespassing on and damaging company property

The brains behind the popular adult card game, Cards Against Humanity , are taking Elon Musk 's SpaceX to court, accusing them of trespassing and causing damage to their property.

According to the legal claim, SpaceX has been using the land as a staging area for construction, parking vehicles, clearing vegetation, storing gravel, and running generators - all allegedly without permission from CAH. The lawsuit states: "CAH acquired the Property for the sole purpose of ensuring that it would stay that way," reports the Mirror US.

The gaming firm lodged a complaint with SpaceX over the alleged unauthorised use of the land, as stated on a website set up by the company specifically for information about the lawsuit. SpaceX reportedly responded with what the company describes as a "lowball offer" to purchase the land.
