The series has not been played since 2017, when Australia emerged victorious over two Test matches played in Adelaide and Perth.

Conor Nash has said that he’d jump at the chance to represent Ireland in the International Rules series.

Publicly at least, the GAA hasn’t shown much appetite for rebooting it in the interim though recently retired AFL star and Laois native Zach Tuohy commented in November that it was “really getting legs” in Australia, with Hawthorn’s Nash now making similar noises.

Premier League's Associated Party Transactions Rules Deemed 'Void and Unenforceable'Premier League's Associated Party Transactions Rules Deemed 'Void and Unenforceable'A tribunal has ruled that the Premier League's original rules governing associated party transactions (APTs) are 'void and unenforceable', throwing further uncertainty over the league's rulebook.
