First responders found the 23-month-old girl dead in an apartment complex parking lot in Irvine, California, after she was struck by an Amazon delivery van, police said.
just after 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment community near the 300 block of Estancia, the Irvine Police Department said in a news release.While the cause of the collision remains under investigation, police said that drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor.
