The Toulouse superstar is aware that the Irish province have had the beating of the Red and Blacks in recent times but he believes playing the Blues in a final adds a different dimension
Antoine Dupont is hoping that Toulouse can exploit Leinster's recent bad memories of Champions Cup finals.
It is the first-ever meeting of the competition's most successful teams in a final, but Leinster have won seven to Toulouse's six in their 13 head to head meetings to date.And Leinster have won the last three meetings of the rivals - and the most recent couple were semi-final triumphs for the Blues .
"“The Leinster players have beaten us twice in the semis in the last two years but they have reached the final twice without winning it.Speaking after Toulouse's semi-final victory over Harlequins, it wasn't the only time that Dupont referred to the province's back to back final defeats to La Rochelle.
"It’s twice that Leinster have lost in the final. We know them very well, they know us very well. It's up to us to understand it as best we can to emerge victorious.
