Appeal after man, 60s, assaulted in north Dublin

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man aged in his 60s was discovered with serious injuries in Swords in Dublin

The discovery was made at around 2.30pm yesterday.Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area between 1pm and 2pm yesterday and witnessed anything to come forward.

Officers are also appealing to anyone with camera footage from the area at the time, including motorists with dash cams, to make it available to them. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Swords Garda Station on 01 666 4700, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
