Gardaí said a crime scene has been declared but while officers have begun to conduct enquiries on board, there is no public safety issue. “Gardaí are currently at the scene of a serious incident on board a passenger ferry en route to Rosslare, Co Wexford this evening,” a statement said.A spokesperson for Stena Line was not immediately available for comment although the ferry company appeared to be dealing with online requests for information on a cancelled service.
