The thug, who is in his 30s, was held last month along with another suspect after a gunman got off a motorbike and fired around 15 shots through the windows of an upscale restaurant in Marbella at lunchtime on March 11

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Kinahan gangster who jumped bail in Spain after he was detained for a broad daylight shooting.

Both men were remanded in custody following a hearing before an investigating judge, but subsequently appealed for bail to a higher court. This court freed them on the condition that they surrender their passports, not leave Spanish territory and sign on twice a month while the investigation continued.

He is also a suspect in a number of arson attacks on cars belonging to innocent members of the Hutch family and was forced to flee Dublin in 2017 because his own life was at risk. Billionaire Dutch drug lord Karim ‘Taxi’ Bouyakhrichan, the leader of the Dutch Mocro Maffia, had been in custody in Spain since his arrest in Marbella in January for alleged money laundering. After learning of his detention, Dutch authorities issued their warrant over an organised crime plot to abduct 18-year-old Princess Amalia in 2022.
