The drama began when Garda Kyle Waters, Garda Kalla Mangan Maguire and Garda Paul Rushe responded to a call at Junction 9 on the M4 at around 5am on October 11They were met by a man on the roadside who told them that his partner was experiencing contractions and he had been trying to get her to the Maternity Hospital.As the couple were en-route to the hospital, things “quickly progressed” and the woman was already in the late stages of labour by the time they reached Junction 9.
