Its full title is ’ Borat Supplemental Reportings Retrieved From Floor of Stable Containing Editing Machine’. There is no release date for it yet, but it is ’Coming Soon.’ The new cut contains never-before-seen footage.
They include Tutar going to a make-up salon and Borat’s time in lockdown with conspiracy theorists during the pandemic. Elsewhere Bakalova poses as a political journalist and interviews a couple over Zoom. Tutar’s adult babysitter Jeanise Jones also pops up again. ’Borat Subsequent Moviefilm’ has proven a huge success for Amazon Prime. Its debut was bigger than any other film in the on demand platform’s history.
