An employee has shared the controversial 'night out test' his boss uses on job seekers after interviewing them for a position at his company - saying it reveals whether they have self-control
When it comes to attending an interview, most candidates spend hours researching the company and preparing answers to commonly-asked questions. They want to leave a positive, lasting impression on their potential boss to increase their chances of securing the open vacancy.
He said on Reddit : "I interviewed with a company recently who told me about their process for interviewing sales engineers. They would go about the normal interview, but that evening, they would all go out for drinks and try to pump the recruits full of alcohol."
