Brendan O'Connor is being tipped to host a new RTE comedy panel show, according to a leading bookmakers.
The Cork native currently hosts a weekend radio show on RTE Radio One, which replaced late broadcaster Marian Finucane's much loved slot. "Maybe his knowledge of current affairs makes him the joker of the pack and with an election looming, there may be plenty of political gaffs to poke fun at."
