The Government have announced that the price of cigarettes will increase by 75c per pack as part of the 2024 Budget, bringing the price up to €16.75.
The Budget measures are expected to result in tax breaks worth a potential €800 for workers. There will also be energy credits for €450 for households to tackle the cost-of-living crisis.
