The incident on Tag Lane left the car with a caved in bonnet, smashed windows, wrecked tyres and debris scattered across the road
Lancashire Constabulary were called to Tag Lane in Preston at around 3am on Sunday morning following reports of a collision. A picture sent to LancsLive showed the collision involved a black car.
The incident resulted in the bonnet being caved in, windows smashed, tyres wrecked and debris scattered across the road and pavement. No other vehicles were reported to have been involved in the incident and no injuries or arrests were reported.A force spokesperson told LancsLive that it was a 'damage only' collision. No further information has been provided.
