The man is described as being around 5ft 9 in height and of slim build with dark hair and facial hair. He was seen to be wearing a blue t-shirt, white shorts and black trainers.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 6, at around 3.45am at Harhill Street in the Govan area of the city. Officers believe the man could assist them in their ongoing enquiries.
