Officers investigating an incident during Celtic's match with Rangers on Sunday, September 1, are appealing for the public's help in tracing the man who they believe can assist with their enquires.
Police in Glasgow have released CCTV of who may be able to help enquiries into an incident of 'culpable and reckless behaviour' at Celtic Park .
