Tomasz Chruszczyk was last seen on Newcastle Road on Tuesday after leaving University Hospital Galway
Gardaí are “concerned” for the welfare of a Galway man who went missing from Galway hospital just hours after being admitted as a patient.
She wrote: "Hi guys, my brother was admitted to the University Hospital after being found the last day. He is really unwell. We are making a plea, if you have seen him nearby in the Galway city area please contact gardaí.” They said: “Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 32-year-old, Tomasz Chruszczyk who is missing from Galway since Tuesday, 7 November.
