Peter Ash’s time on Coronation Street has come to an end after his beautiful and heart-breaking portrayal of Paul Foreman.
Famous family Peter was born on 4 February 1985, making him 39 years old. He is originally from Marsden in West Yorkshire, but attended high school and college in Moston, Manchester, England.A love for the arts runs in his family as he is cousins with William Ash, who plays Caleb Milligan in Emmerdale.
He was also in Street Trilogy at Warwick Arts Centre in Coventry in 2005, before becoming a participant in the 2013–2015 UK tour of War Horse at The Lowry theatre. His character returned to Weatherfield in 2019, when it was revealed that he was also the estranged twin brother of Gemma Winter.For the past while on Coronation Street, he has been tackling a very important and intense storyline. His character was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, a rare neurodegenerative disorder that selectively affects motor neurons, which are the cells that control voluntary muscles of the body.
Peter is a father and has one son named Ayden. He became a father for the first time in 2009 and prefers to keep his child away from public life.
