South Lanarkshire Council are having to repair speed limit sign outside of half of all schools across the region due to a "server malfunction".

Outside of West Coats Primary in Cambuslang, Rutherglen and Hamilton West MP Michael Shanks said: "We have been working with the council on these for a few weeks now because these signs outside of schools needs fixed due to a server malfunction.
A South Lanarkshire Council spokesperson said: "Communication issues are affecting a number of part-time 20mph signs.
