OKX, the cryptocurrency exchange which sponsors Manchester City’s training kits, is laying off staff in Dublin as part of global cuts.
OKX, the crypto exchange, has notified the government of redundancies at its Irish operation having entered a consultation period with around 20 staff employed in Dublin.
The company, which employs around 2,000 people globally, confirmed to the Business Post that it had “recently” entered into a period of consultation with 1 per cent of its global workforce, who are employed through its Dublin-registered operation, OKBL Services and Technology Co Limited.
