Beef products make up 70% of the sales at Arthur Bryant’s Barbeque, a Kansas City, MO staple restaurant. Since the end of 2021, the price for Arthur Bryant's brisket sandwich has gone up $7.
"We have just two items on our menu that are beef oriented — that is the brisket sandwich and the burnt ends," said Arthur Bryant’s Barbecue owner Jerry Rauschelbach.
