Declan Rice wins FAI 'Young Player of the Year' despite switching allegiance to England
But the recent England recruit will not be attending Sunday’s annual awards bash in RTE. But Rice has since declared for England with FIFA confirming that his switch has gone through ahead of the start of the Three Lions Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.
