The airport has given recommendations on everything from when to arrive for your flight and what you can and can’t bring through security to ensure a smooth process for everyone travelling home or abroad this Christmas.

This will be Dublin Airport ’s busiest Christmas in three years, with roughly 1.5 million people expected to arrive and depart between Friday December 16 and Wednesday January 4.This is a huge jump of 95% on the same period last year as Covid disrupted people’s travel plans.
