Liverpool have looked like a Rolls-Royce in the two games so far this season under new boss Arne Slot. I can only see one outcome in this Premier League clash
I think Liverpool will win at Old Trafford on Sunday. There is still some aura lingering at Manchester United that belongs in the past, in the Ferguson era.
On the basis of what we have seen so far in this fledgling season, and also what we witnessed last term, United are all over the place. They are most unimpressive. Arne Slot looks like he is in full control of things. He doesn't get carried away, his behaviour on the touchline is good. The fans are starting to get on him but it's obvious that he's unhappy. He's on over €385,000 a week on his new contract!
I think he is on trial at United. Slot is not. We've seen a very seamless transition from Jurgen Klopp to the new man. He's made the changes he wants to make. Ipswich and Brentford were the kind of teams that had been getting cheap goals at Anfield in recent times.Their attitude is right, they have the quality and no serious injuries.
