EastEnders star James Bye has landed an iconic new role following the tragic death of his on-screen character, Martin Fowler.
Now he has officially left Albert Square, actor James has announced his next job. The former Strictly star will play the iconic Mr Darcy, made famous by Jane Austen, in the stage play of Death Comes To Pemberley. As the pair confessed how much they loved for her and got ready to leave the wreckage, a steel beam fell and crushed Martin's legs. Since the heartbreaking exit, EastEnders bosses have announced that some of Martin's family will be returning for his funeral.
