European Commissioners have arrived in Kyiv for a joint meeting with the Ukrainian government, ahead of an EU-Ukraine summit tomorrow

Sixteen commissioners, including Ireland's Mairead McGuinness, have arrived in the Ukrainian capital to hold joint discussions on financial and energy support, further sanctions against Russia and progress towards Ukraine becoming an EU member state.
