Kelly recently spoke of his visit to Madrid at Ancelotti’s invite to watch Real train ahead of last season’s Champions League final. “I just finished reading his book, The Quiet Leader, three days before he was announced as Everton manager. “Then three days later I was sat across the table from him,” he recalled.
