It goes with soup and goes with chips and can even be spruced up with your favourite flavour of crisps or a salad for those being good. But the best way to achieve the perfect toastie can divide opinion.
The woman, who chose to remain anonymous while posting in the Facebook group Air Fryer: Easy Recipes, shared her delicious recipe for the ultimate ham and cheese toastie and vowed never to use anything but her air fryer again. Prior to cooking the sandwich, she warmed up her air fryer to about 190C for approximately five minutes. She then cooked the sandwich for five more minutes, remembering to flip it over halfway through. "Oh my gosh, I tried an air fryer ham and cheese today, game changer. I will never pan fry again," she announced proudly. "It's totally delicious."
