Georgie Crawford reflected to VIP Magazine about the incredible journey she went on to welcome second child.
“I haven’t put it into words yet but, I feel just completely and utterly in love, like life is complete. Holding her in our arms, knowing the journey she has been on to get here, just makes her so special,” she began.“Pia absolutely adores her and just wants to hold her all the time and to know that they will have each other for the rest of their lives brings me so much peace and joy and a feeling of overwhelming gratitude, too.
“She’s gone home to her own family now but we are forever connected! Tahlie is tiny, she was 5 lbs 7 ounces when she was born and we couldn’t believe how small she was. To know that the journey she’s been on – I think it’s 13,000 miles she travelled – to get to Tbilisi, Georgia, to finally be reunited with her after she was created back in 2017 during a very tough time, is so special.
“I can’t stop looking at her and doting on her. I also can’t believe how quickly I remembered how to do everything and what it feels like to be back in that newborn baby bubble. I am so thrilled to be here for a second time. I know how lucky I am and I am soaking up every single second of her.”
