Police believe Helena may be with Chelsea Robertson, also 14, who has been reported missing from Coatbridge.
Anyone who may have seen Chelsea or has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police quoting incident number 3842 of May 26.Helena is described as being around 5ft 2in tall with long red/auburn hair and blue eyes.Chelsea is described as being 5ft 6in tall with brown hair and blue eyes.
