Mr Mailley died after a road incident on the outskirts of Kerrykeel yesterday afternoon around 3.30pm
.READ MORE - Groomsman admits careless driving causing death of groom on morning of weddingEmergency services rushed to the incident but Mr Mailley, aged 65, was pronounced dead at the scene. Originally from Dumbarton in Scotland, Mr Mailley had been living in Kerrykeel for a number of years.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward. Any road users who may have camera footage and were travelling in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
