Work to repair a giant sinkhole that opened up on a Shropshire housing estate has been completed.
The section of the road where the sinkhole has been repairedIt grew to the point where the road was closed off to protect the safety of residents.Since, a series of investigations have been carried out to identify the cause of the hole, before repairs could be carried out.
Speaking at the start of the month Severn Trent had confirmed it had been working to find out the cause of the hole – but had been unable to confirm what had created it.
