Investigation launched following pipe bomb attack on house in Derry

Although a motive has not been confirmed, a sectarian hate crime motivation is one line of enquiry

PSNI detectives are investigating following a pipe bomb attack at a house in Derry on Wednesday night.

Thankfully, the woman was not injured however damage was caused to the back door where the device exploded.
