An Irish player has won €19,620 in the EuroMillions after matching five numbers in the €38.9 million draw, but missed the Lucky Stars, with National Lottery officials urging them to come forward.
The winning numbers for tonight's remarkable EuroMillions jackpot of €38,919,455 are in. While there was no outright winner, one Irish player will be celebrating after scooping a five-figure sum.
The lucky individual matched all five numbers, but fell short on the two Lucky Stars. These were 17, 22, 23, 24, 44 and Lucky Stars 6 and 11. They stand to take home an impressive prize of €19,620, but at the time of writing, have yet to come forward. National Lottery bosses are appealing for players to check their numbers carefully.Other notable wins for Ireland include 10 winners in the Ireland Only Raffle, each taking home €5,000.
Unfortunately it was a less fortunate night in the Plus draw, with the highest prize scooped being €2,000. Some 40 players will receive this amount after successfully matching four of the five winning numbers.The winning numbers for the Plus draw are: 6, 16, 21, 30 and 33.The winner of the €19,620 EuroMillions main draw prize can contact the National Lottery Claims Department at 1800 666 222 to arrange for collection.
