Irish Tatler and Connected, in partnership with Google, are set to host Dublin's inaugural Innovators Festival, a one-day event celebrating cutting-edge thinkers and innovators across various fields. This free event, taking place at Google's The Foundry on March 20, 2025, will feature inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities for attendees.

Two of Business Post's core brands, luxury lifestyle title Irish Tatler and Ireland ’s tech bible Connected, have joined with Google to launch Dublin’s first Innovators Festival. This one-day event is free to attend at Google ’s flagship event space The Foundry.

The first of these annual events will take place on 20 March 2025, with morning and afternoon sessions, in what is to be an unmissable reboot for businesses and creatives, as well as offering free workshops and community-building opportunities for all 320 attendees. Designed to inspire, inform and entertain, guests can expect bold conversations from some of Ireland’s leading innovators, many of whom are finding new ways of tackling our biggest challenges, problem-solving, breaking new ground and realising fresh solutions that have real and tangible impact. Guest speakers already include Dan Lambert, manager of Kneecap, arguably one of the most innovative cultural forces to come out of Ireland in recent years, Laura Weber, Irish designer and the youngest owner of a fashion factory in Manhattan’s Garment District, as well as the go-to for couture services for Marc Jacob, Thom Browne and many others. They will be joined by cutting-edge thinkers in tech, including Andrea Reynolds, founder of Swoop, a technology platform which is designed to simplify and speed up access to loans, grants and equity funding for SMEs, (which has recently been valued at over €30m), Mark Little, journalist and entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Kinzen, and Storyful. “What a time to be an innovator,” says key speaker Mark Little. “We live in a world where nothing is certain but everything is possible. I’m looking forward to being among the people putting Ireland at the new frontier of a world where the only constant is change.” “The Innovators Festival is bringing together some of the greatest minds in Irish innovation,” added Business Post tech editor Charlie Taylor, “ in what promises to be a groundbreaking, inspiring event.” Jessie Collins, Irish Tatler editor said: “This is a chance to be part of some of the most important conversations happening right now around how our culture and society are evolving and innovating, across everything from art and technology to food, fashion and businesses.” In addition, there will be conversations with Niall Dunne, chief executive of Polymateria, the groundbreaking Irish-led company which makes fully biodegradable plastics that break down in under a year, which raided €22.6 million) from investors, Pam Lee, the world record breaker and Irish offshore ocean racer, and Vanessa Hartley, head of Google Ireland. With speakers continually being added, the first festival is set to be one of the city's most talked about celebrations of ingenuity and positivity, open to individuals and companies, all for free and set within Google’s dynamic events space. The format of the day will run from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm and consist of morning and afternoon sessions, with refreshments on food provided while attendees will be some of the first to experience Google’s interactive AI demo village which will give guests the chance to learn about and play with some of Gemini’s newest features.
