Rain, rain, go away! unfortunately Met Eireann is saying it is here to stay for the coming days as the outlook shows thunderstorms and spot flooding
It looks like we are in for a wet weekend as Met Eireann have warned of thunderstorms and spot flooding. Rain will become widespread this morning and into the afternoon, and it is expected to last over the coming days.
Tonight will bring scattered showers with temperatures at 8 or 10 degrees while tomorrow, Friday, we could see heavy rain with a chance of thunder. Friday night "Friday night with bring some dry clear spells, but there'll be further showers or longer spells of rain spreading from the west, some of it heavy. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees. Breezy in the west and southwest with fresh, occasionally strong and gusty westerly winds, otherwise winds will be light to moderate westerly or variable.
