Rhys McClenaghan did the nation proud when he took home a gold medal at the Paris Olympics over the summer.
He and his pro partner Laura Nolan received the first 10s of the season for their Spider-Man inspired routine.
Of course, Rhys is aware that he’s a role model from his Olympic tour. And we wonder what it’s like to inspire a new generation of gymnasts. “I’ve had parents messaging me saying that their kids are inspired to go to their first gymnastics competition. I think that’s when you realise how important a show like this is.”
