Viewers were left heartbroken as Kate Garraway shared her final year with husband Derek Draper in a new documentary.

It also documented the relationship between Kate and Derek prior to his hospitalisation as well as in the years since then. Kate has spoken about the project, as she hopes it gives carers "a voice".
