The pub chain's properties in Galway, Cork, Waterford and Carlow have been put on the market
Pub chain JD Wetherspoon is selling its portfolio of licensed premises in Cork, Galway, Waterford and Carlow. The four properties are expected to sell for more than €10 million.
The fourth property, the former Carbon Nightclub in Galway, is currently closed but was recently granted planning permission to operate as a licensed premises and restaurant. “The Wetherspoon portfolio offers a rare opportunity to acquire an exceptional collection of landmark licensed properties in some of the most coveted locations in the country,” said Stephen McCarthy of Savills.
