Julian Benson only had 90 minutes notice before his life changing kidney transplant in October after living with cystic fibrosis since he was a teenager.

He said: "The house was a good structure but it couldn’t have been lived in with wiring, the plumbing and the floors. I saw a vision and I knew it was the right place.
For Julian, opening a project like this was a "complete pipedream" nothing like this existed in Ireland before, especially when he was first diagnosed with CF. "This is the biggest achievement of my life, honestly. I have had great success in showbiz and entertainment and I climbed the ladder, but this is like winning the Olympics. This is my gold medal."
Jimmy loved the community spirit on the building site and he was central to keeping the momentum up and motivating people. She said: "Some of us haven’t seen our families since Christmas. We don’t do it for any accolades, we do it because we want to give back."When I came to the house there were windows. I started project managing and labouring as well. I did whatever was needed every weekend and every evening, and in the morning as well.
